Greenstone focuses on making smart financial solutions simple, with the bold ambition of delivering smart and affordable direct insurance solutions to meet the needs of everyday Australians. My responsibility was to craft a digital platform that embodied Greenstone’s core values: ‘Customer First,’ ‘We Care,’ ‘One Team,’ and ‘Results Driven.’ Greenstone wanted to modernise their website and effectively communicate their brand to their customers, clients, employees, and the  community.
Building a Trustworthy Digital Experience

To stay true to their strong brand identity, we ensured their core values were at the forefront of the design, messaging, and content, integrating them into the website’s information architecture and key pages. We collaborated closely with the Greenstone team to maintain this focus throughout the project. They provided content that highlighted their workplace as a model for a great place to work.

Crafting a Website That Reflects Greenstone’s Core Values
Emphasising their commitment to customer service and honesty, we showcased Greenstone's achievements and history to build trust and credibility. We fostered a sense of community throughout the website by highlighting their contributions, work culture, and dedication to employee well-being. We also developed a benefits page outlining the advantages of working at Greenstone, along with highlighting their famous annual Activity Day and Christmas gala events.
Dynamic Modern Digital Experience
We crafted a striking, responsive website with bold graphics and subtle dynamic elements that brought the design to life. The motif of their logo was reimagined as a mask element, and transformed into abstract shapes, punctuating the site with vibrant pops of colour, creating a visually engaging and layered experience.

Reaffirming the Brand Voice with Clarity and Confidence
We modernised Greenstone’s outdated website, refining its information architecture and re-establishing its content to create a clearer, more engaging digital presence. By restructuring the site, we improved navigation, making it easier for visitors to find key information and understand what they do. The refreshed content and design provides a more accurate reflection of the company’s identity, values, and approach to workplace culture. This transformation ensures that every touchpoint aligns with Greenstone’s core values: ‘Customer First,’ ‘We Care,’ ‘One Team,’ and ‘Results Driven,’ reinforcing their commitment to transparency, employee well-being, and exceptional customer service.
