Enhancing User Experience and Lead Generation
A thorough discovery phase was created where we analysed the client’s target audience, competitors, and overall business objectives. For Vital Face, I used these insights, to develop a minimalist design with clean typography, ample white space, and a simple, intuitive navigation structure.
Final outcome
Following the launch of the new website, online bookings increased by 34% over the first three months and the redesigned site led to a 26% reduction in bounce rate, indicating a more engaging and user-friendly experience
